New Life Program
Mens Program Manager Needed

Springs Rescue Mission (SRM) is seeking a Program Manager for our New Life Program (NLP). The NLP is a residential program for men (current capacity approximately 35 men), that lasts approximately one year. Position requires prior successful experience in program development, management, and team building. Must have experience with individual and group recovery programs. Must be a mature Christian, familiar with God's Word and have the ability to apply biblical principles in everyday life. Position requires counsel of NLP participants, staff development and enrichment, and program development. Requires excellent skills in interpersonal communication, organization, problem solving, innovation, and the ability to contribute within a changing organization. 1-3 years of previous management/supervision, experience working within homeless/mental illness/addiction recovery field is highly desirable, specifically Alcoholics Victorious and 12-step recovery.
