Chef’s Station

Omelet Bar: custom made-to-order omelets on site. Includes diced ham, bacon, cheeses, tomato, onion, pepper, spinach, etc.
Pasta Station: A variety of fresh pastas sautéed to order with marinara, pesto, or alfredo sauce with choice of additional toppings
Carving Station: Expertly sliced roasts of whole primal cuts (Honey Glazed Ham, Roast Turkey, Tenderloin, New York Strip, Prime Rib, Baron of Beef, Bison Steamship)
