Every year, thousands of “Community Champions” help transform the lives of men and women experiencing homelessness, hunger and addiction in Colorado Springs by supporting Springs Rescue Mission.These compassionate partners have helped us create and operate an extensive homeless resource campus offering shelter, meals and services to neighbors in need. With their help, hundreds are finding housing, regaining their health and getting back to work.“These businesses, organizations, nonprofits and churches are compassionate members of our community,” said Chief Development Officer Travis Williams. “Together, with thousands of individuals across this beautiful city of Colorado Springs, they contribute to helping our most vulnerable neighbors in ways that cannot be overstated.”These partners champion the Mission by volunteering their time, organizing events and making generous financial contributions that make our work possible. In fact, more than 90 percent of the Mission’s funding comes from the faithful philanthropy of these organizations, as well as from private donors like you.

Organizations like Wells Fargo, the Colorado Springs Health Foundation, the Colorado Health Foundation and USAA are devoted to addressing issues surrounding affordable and transitional housing; other organizations like the Kenneth King Foundation, the Daniels Fund, El Paso County (Community Investment Program) and Independent Financial support the development of job skills and getting people back to work; and organizations like Ent Credit Union, the Anschutz Foundation, the El Pomar Foundation, the City of Colorado Springs, T. Rowe Price and Eastern Colorado Bank make the Mission’s work possible by supporting our general fund, capital campaign and emergency services projects.The compassionate support of these organizations and many others like them cannot be understated.
